In Memory of Tank
Unfortunately, friends, we have lost a very special Roxy dog. Tank, a Great Dane, passed away suddenly just two days after his sixth birthday. He truly was a gentle giant and was loved by children (and adults) of all ages. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Here are some words from his owner and handler, Amanda Martin:
Our gentle giant, Tank
“Tank was a gentle giant with a big heart and sunny personality that shined everywhere he went. He made so many people laugh and smile with just one lean. Tank had a very special gift of connecting with people and kids almost as if he could read one’s mind knowing exactly what they needed. Tank enjoyed all the simple pleasures of life; exploring nature, discovering new smells, places, and people, playing chase with his friends, chewing on sticks, and relaxing in the sun.
Tank was the “greatest” and was loved by so many. I know that he’s looking down from heaven happy knowing that he left such a big paw print in the world. He touched so many hearts and brought so much joy to everyone he met. Tank and I will always have a special bond that I will never forget. Even though he’s gone, his legacy and spirit will always live on forever.
